Senior clinical depth

We're looking for someone with deep clinical experience, advanced training, and the ability to think in systems. You've built things before — whether that's training programs, clinical protocols, or teams — and you're comfortable with ambiguity.
- Senior veterinary nurse with 8+ years clinical experience
- Clinical depth across multiple specialties
- Advanced certifications or specialty training
- Academic or teaching experience preferred
- Builder mindset with systems thinking
- Comfortable with ambiguity and greenfield projects
